The marketing planning process involves setting goals/objectives, analyzing the market, and competitors.
Specific tactics are introduced like the 4 Ps (product, price, place, and promotion).
Budget creation will be discussed, implementing the plan, and measuring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to make adjustments as needed.
