About the Course
The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a visual strategic management tool that visually outlines the fundamental components of a business or product. It helps entrepreneurs and businesses define, describe, and design their business models in a clear and concise way. By using the BMC, you can understand how your business creates and delivers value to customers.
The BMC will help teams identify and understand their target users by breaking down customer segments to help define who their customers are and what problems they need to solve.
The BMC is made up of nine (9) basic and necessarily components to develop strategies and to ensure an effective business model is developed. Thus, helping to improve business performance in areas such as customer growth, capital gains, market share, Capital gains, and customer growth.
Further selected nine components are designed address keys areas to properly launch or relaunched an efficient business strategy to improve business performances in the areas of customer growth, greater product/services awareness for purchase, capital gains, improved market share, and more.
The workshop will identify all 9 components in detail as the participants will create a BMC framework related to existing or projected business. Some of the components discussed are: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Revenue Streams, Cost Structure and more.
Each learner will created a business and submit for review for feedback at the end of the workshop.
